Oil companies seem to be much less avaricious these days. Perhaps the start of the college football season has put them in a good mood.
Why aren’t they excoriated for making profits by lowering prices? The lower prices are probably due to the changing season and increases in refining capacity as the Gulf recovers from Katrina. […]
