If it were to be me, I would rather be extremely happy to just be able to recieve a check in the amount of 2,000$$$$ monthly to just help me provide a more stable happy home for my children and family. This would help to avoid any evictions, loss of usage of electrical and gas services, which all has just happened to me and my 2 children. I cannot possibly imagine spending 200 billion dollars on ANYTHING, much less on 'Internet access for rural communities' They can keep patting themselves on the back about this and how 'bipartisan' it is, but honestly if this is the outcome of 'bipartisanship,' I want to go back to nasty, vicious, effective party politics.
