Hot air balloons, by the way have been the subject of professional municipal government for some time. Somewhere along the way they were outlawed in our township, the result of boilerplate being lifted from some pointyhead idea from a Penn State perfesser. Just so you know, when you come visit, don&#039;t come in a balloon, unless you are wearing a helmet.</description>
