  1. Once again, this must be that new civility we’ve been hearing so much about from the left since the Gabrielle Giffords shooting.

  2. I hope I don’t get hacked for clicking on the zombie game.

Hoffa was just a warm-up for BO. Our president then introduced his friends in organized labor, as opposed to his enemies, the tea partiers.

  3. At least two senators, Pat Toomey, and Marco Rubio, as opposed to Arlen Specter and Charlie Crist, were elected in 2010 on pro-growth messages. Both understand that we cannot possibly afford our government or our way of life unless we set people free. These guys are the threat to the folks who use the “tea baggers” (as they have often been referred to on PBS/WHYY) as a punching bag.

BYW, I once was a Teamster and owned an I Am a Friend of Jimmy Hoffa button. The late Jimmy Hoffa, the guy buried under the goalposts at Giant Stadium.

  4. Wasn’t it The Zombies who had the hit song that had the lyrics, “Well let me tell you about the way she talked, the way she axted (Sic) or acted or something like that, the color of her hair, yada, yada, but she’s not there”?

How appropriate those lyrics now seem now that Barry O gave us the word on jobs: hire public school teachers that were laid off (no doubt the cream of the crop) and union construction workers who will build new schools and bridges. Word, word word, the birdie’s the word, yada, yada.

Barry says he needs at least another $450 billion right now or else he’s going to say that Bush and the House Republicans are to blame for the economy circling the drain. Can we survive another 15 months of this?
