This is in regard to climate funding, the same could be done for funding for “freedom-friendly” ideas … this almost is too whiny for my cup of tea, but since students here are asking me all kinds of questions about where my money comes from and what I do with it, this seemed to be worth it (note that it shows nothing of private funding toward these issues, and especially the bootleggers in the energy industry who are coming to the green party themselves):

    To be fair, it is expensive to fund the temperature proxy studies, so a fairer apples to apples comparison would be to look at “propoganda” expenditures on each side … (perhaps?)

    Well, sure, the chart looks bad. But don’t forget, Heartland is working for the evil Koch brothers who want children to die with oil in their lungs.

    When the White House spends money they’re doing it selflessly, to help us. And I think the magic Keynesian multiplier only works for altruistic government spending, not vile private money. [/sarcasm]
