“700 NYC teachers are paid to do nothing.” I am sure this is just an exaggerated, isolated example. I am sure this is my nutty libertarian ideology making stuff up. This doesn’t happen in the USA. No. Never.

I say we put all of the members of the Executive Branch and Legislative Branch into a rubber room. It would be well worth it. What is the old saying, “Addition by subtraction?” Oh, and put Bloomberg in that room too.

    I read that some of them are playing scrabble, which will be good so they can learn how to spell. I bet this is a self-serving press release, though. How many of them are getting ready for a second job working for Acorn, canvassing the Bronx and Queens? How many of these teachers are registered in Philadelphia?
