Tip of the Day

If you ever really need to go to the bathroom to do #2 and you have no place to go, try employing the Su-Jok therapy of Korean scientist Park Jae Woo. Should you have the urge to go, take some sort of a blunt object (like a pen) and trace a line with great pressure and depth in a clockwise direction on your left palm and in a counterclockwise direction on your right palm, and your urge will immediately cease.

Woo claims that if you do this in reverse, it will help you go. I have yet to try it. Who said all I can do is rant about economics? That was from Rose George’s excellent, the Big Necessity.

Here’s another tidbit: in Japan, 2.5 million units of Kin no Unko have been sold as good luck charms. What are these? Golden feces shaped objects.

Wow, that explains the occasional incident in grammar school when we would randomly doodle on our hands. 😉

After re-reading, what I wonder is whether those Asian words are ononotopoemic.

As Dr. No would say, ah so, Mr. Rizzo.

    Catch some nice fish.

Geez, spelled that one wrong, but you know about onomopoeia, and other bowel diseases.
