That’s right, I live in the second most obscene city in America. Could anyone have guessed with 50 guesses the state containing the leader? I’d note that when I taught in Kentucky, I saw more drinking and drunkenness in a “moist county” than I did growing up in New York City. Upstate, NY is well represented, with Albany coming in at #9.
