What is worse for the environment, meat or booze?
Please remember that my posing of the question does not sanction a belief in the inherent ‘badness’ of either. But given what is thought about the environmental impacts of using grains as inputs to meat protein production, I’d love to see how “efficient” it is to convert grains into booze calories.
