I went to your link and found that CO2 is .039 percent of the atmosphere, not the .036 percent I had thought. The answer did not specify whether it was the “effective” atmosphere, or total atmosphere.
Pondering Krypton and its use in fluorescent signs makes me thirsty for a Rolling Rock.
