This is clearly the work of the militant recycling lobby.
The story said the behavior of boys was not affected!
Sounds like some of those 3-year-olds are working on developing the ability to have PMS whenever they want it. Next: chemicals in the linings of beer cans will have no effect on boys, but will irritate girls relentlessly.
